Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment if the property differs materially from what was entered — additional stories, unusually large or leaded glass, heavy mineral staining, unsafe or obstructed access, or square footage beyond what was reported. Individual window pricing starts at $10 per window; oversized or hard-to-access windows can run $25 or more. French pane windows are always estimated in person. If you're unsure of your square footage, we measure on arrival and confirm the final price with you before starting — and in-person estimates are always free.
Recurring-plan pricing (Quarterly, Monthly, Bi-weekly) reflects a signed annual commitment and a discount applied to each scheduled visit. If you cancel or downgrade the plan before completing twelve months of service, you agree to pay a buyout equal to 50% of the discounted value of the remaining months on the annual commitment. For example, in simple terms, if the plan is $300 per month and you cancel after 3 months, you owe 50% of the value of the remaining 9 months to buy out of the contract. Plans may be cancelled at any time with 14 days' written notice.
You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to order service on it, that water and exterior electrical access will be available, and that pets and vehicles will be moved from work areas prior to arrival. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $45 trip fee.
Shoreline Exterior is licensed and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing defects — failed window seals, oxidized or previously damaged screens, cracked or hazed glass, deteriorated paint, loose siding, defective gutter fastenings, or pre-existing solar panel micro-fractures — and will document such conditions before work begins. Pressure washing carries an inherent risk to aged or compromised surfaces; we will notify you and pause work if such a condition is identified.
